Bio
Black Country born, Kevin taught himself guitar at an early age and relished the opportunity to play anywhere and everywhere. With an extensive skill set in covers and a spell in a Radiohead covers band, Kevin soon began crafting his own songs. Painting delicate portraits within warm and encompassing stories against a background of intricate, largely acoustic sounds, Kevin’s songs are little snippets of life experience, desires, dreams and good advice. Over the years Kevin has added piano and synth to his skill-set and is enjoying pushing his creativity and challenging his traditional approach to song writing.
Working in corporate banking as the day job, Kevin frequently plays live at events of varying scales to escape ‘the numbers’; from festivals and international live-stream concerts, to open mic nights and even weddings. Based in Birmingham, he is a regular on the vibrant underground independent music scene.
